Who is responsible for your data: Lidus Mila Group SL (contact details above).
What we collect: this website has no forms and no user accounts. We only receive personal data when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email (for example your name, contact details, travel dates and number of guests), and, if you book, the guest details that Spanish, Czech or Italian law requires hosts to register with the authorities (such as ID or passport details).
Why: to answer your enquiry and to manage your booking (performance of a contract), and to meet our legal obligations on guest registration and tourist tax (legal obligation).
How long: enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer them; booking and guest-registration records are kept for the periods set by law (typically a few years) and then deleted.
Who else sees it: the police or tourism authorities where the law requires it, and the service providers we use to run the business (for example WhatsApp/Meta, our email provider, our website host and our guest check-in tool, ArriveCasa). We do not sell your data.
Third-party content on this website: property pages embed Google Maps; when a map loads, Google receives your IP address. Fonts are served from our own server. The site is protected by Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data for security. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights: you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or ask for a copy, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
